Chocolate Chip Cheeseball

1 8 oz. Cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 c. confectioners sugar
1 pkg.. mini chocolate chips, divided

Beat first 3 ingredients together.
Add sugar and 3/4 chocolate chips

Form mixture into a ball
Chill
Once chilled, roll in remaining chocolate chips

Serve with Wheat Thins or Graham Cracker Sticks

Bean Dip

This is a great Hot Dip that my Pastor's wife, Tracey, a dear friend, shared with me after I tasted it and LOVED it at a party she hosted. Thanks Tracey!

2 packages (8 oz ea.) cream cheese
1 16 oz. sour cream
1 can refried beans
1/2 package dry taco seasoning

Mix together.
Cover with 1 cup cheddar cheese and 1 cup mozzarella ( or use 1 bag of fiesta blend cheese)

Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.

Serve with tortilla chips
